Custom Furniture Restoration

I hired this company to repaint my kitchen cabinets and buttler cabinets. Once the paint dried, there was exposure of the previous color of the cabinets showing. Along with different color of white on the cabinets. I know I had a 1 year warranty for retouching from the date of service 12/6/2021. I waited closer to the 10 to 11 months time frame and contacted the owner Diego Gonzalez on 11/14/2022. He finally came July 28, 2023 to assess the cabinets and noted they will be back out in 2 weeks to touch up the discolorations. I have been texted the manager several times and he keeps giving me the run around on my request for the touch-up that's on the invoice. I don't want a refund or any money back. I want this company to please retouch my cabinets appropriately and reassess their work accordingly. I truly regret using this company due to the dishonesty of the warranty. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Diego and his sons were so very professional and the warmest guys. We are so happy with the results of my kitchen cabinets. Can't really say enough about how happy we are the whole process. Highly recommend Custom Furniture Restoration.
