We hired Carlos to add new wiring in two upstairs bedrooms, redirect the only switch to the new wiring instead of to an outlet, and install ceiling fans with the new wiring. We also hired him to fix a couple outlets that have grounding issues. This is our experience with him: - He showed a lot of passion for his profession. The job he's done seem to be of high quality. He didn't leave us in the dark. Instead, he explained to us what he's doing. - He seemed to care not just about the job he's hired to do, but also other things that he noticed. Because of this, we found out that 2 outlets in the living room had an open ground and needed to be fixed. - He was professional enough to tell us about things we could improve in the future without trying to upsell us. - Both jobs started later than scheduled time and took longer than the estimated time as well. My understanding is that sometimes things are more complicated once you start pulling the wires. Overall, I will call Carlos again for my electrical needs but, next time, I will leave more generous time for the projects.
