4 Seasons has been taking care of our 2 residential A/C units for 2 years now, after firing the previous company. They are excellent. Their staff is very knowledgeable, on time, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a good A/C company. Recently, one of the units was not functioning properly and the technician came out and within 5 minutes discovered it was a thermostat problem that needed to be replaced. I asked if he had one on the truck and he said what kind of technician would I be if I didn't have a thermostat, of course I have one. Replaced and working fine now!

I moved here in 2008 and contracted with 4 Seasons since then. I get a call from Kristy every 6 months to remind me to schedule my maintenance check. She is absolutely delightful and extremely accommodating. The service people that have come out to my house over the years have all been polite, work very efficiently and always remember me, which is very important to me. I trust their service very much.

I noticed the temperature was up to 83 even though my thermostat was set for 74. When I called, 4 Seasons was able to come within a few hours. They promptly identified the problem and solution and followed up the next day to make sure the issue was resolved.
