Here is the damage you caused my home within 2 minutes of arriving (which you were 2 hours late). You sent a worker who called out sick and admitted on video to rush the insulation installation that caused the damage. You need to teach your employees to take more care of the properties they service and stop worrying about how many houses they can do in a day to profit more. Now, because of your poor business practices, I have been out of a home for a month since I hired Brant and Son due to the management's negligence in sending a sick worker to rush a job. Now their insurance is denying claims made which will prolong my time in hotels and rentals.
