Cheaper is not better and I learned that the hard way. This was for a one bedroom move from Orlando to Kissimmee. First signs of murphys law was when they arrived an hour late at 10am. Then the movers didn’t have their proper equipment just some dollies, blankets and clear tape. No bubble wrap, no plastic wrap. Lift on back of truck was no working and had a repair guy fix it. Movers smelled of weed and cigarettes. When standing up my dresser the removeable wooden corner broke. When finally the furniture was in new apartment scratches were present on corners and a huge hole on back of dresser. Their insurance is NOT insurance but valuation coverage. The process to claim this was very hard as they only reply back unless you email them every two days. My claim was resolved by them paying me $28 only after 10 business days since 1st email. If you value your furniture trust another company. I learned the hard way and regret paying for their services. Oh and due to caller id they decide who to answer the phone to. Don’t be convinced by their Australian accent answering machine.
