ATTENTION OVIEDO RESIDENTS!!! I’m new to the area and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to join this beautiful community. I love Oviedo and its residents and I don’t want this to happen to another Oviedo resident. I would like share a bad experience with family operated pool services business called Family Pool Solutions LLC. The owner, Andrew Estevez, was hired to find a leak in my pool. He did a diagnostic and charged me a repair for $730, but my pool still leaking. I called him and texted him repeated times and no answer. Finally, supposedly his wife Christina Estevez text me back indicating that they have been diagnostic with Covid 19 and that they were required to be in quarantine for 14 days. On the other hand, I text him again from a different number asking for a tile repair replacement estimate and he answered right away indicating that he was available next week on Tuesday. All in all, he has been ignoring me and lying all the time. Meanwhile, my pool leak was left unfished with the pump off. Luckily, I was able to turn the pump back on until I a find a prestige company that will not scam their customer like Family Pool Solutions LLC did to me Thank you and please share this to anyone you may know
