BEWARE!!!!! Stay away from this contractor! this company is the worst at cutting corners when doing any rehab. The owner Andres rehabbed my property and it was a nightmare. I found issues after issues every time I visited the property during the rehab stage and even now after project completion. After spending about 30k on a rehab with him I still need to pay other professionals to fix his F***ups. This individual broke a water drain line inside my property and tried to patch it using the rubber liner that is used to install the shower pan. Lucky, I happened to see it before they patched the ceiling. I questioned him on this issue and he got very upset and called me all kinds of names. About a week after he ends up cooling down, he went back and "fixed" the patched job. Now, I have a new tenant moving into the property and guess what?? The plumbing is now leaking bad right on the spot where they supposedly "fixed" the patched job. Called Andres because the job had a 1yr warranty and he completely disappears so does his wife Deisy. And as I figured he doesn't respond to my calls or emails. I had to find a legit professional contractor to fix AMR Services mistake. He's very unprofessional. When you question him on his mistakes on the job, He will call you all types of names and whines, plays the victim, that he's being insulted when questioning his bad work ethic. He will use old materials and extra's from another property and use it on your property even though you paid for new ones. He will try to infuse fear on the customer, threatening to sue for double what the project was contracted for. If you choose to do work with this guy and his company first good LUCK!!! make sure you are very detailed on the work being performed. These other reviews seem to be coming from close friends and family members. Please beware when dealing with this individual.

Here is a business that has been recently reported to operate by malicious methods utilized in the infringement of the rights of others by blatant violations of his or her First Amendment Contstitutional Right to Free Association, which allows anyone to do business (lawfully) how he or she sees fit, without placing the mutual contracting party under Threat, Duress or Coercion for compelled benefits based upon a Fair Trade (in this reported case). The report and valid complaint consists of an injured party who provided labor to the operators of this business recently. The operating, contracting parties have been identified as: Carlos Andres Hidalgo Vanegas, President, his spouse: Deissy Guisao Puerta, Vice-President, operating this business as: ANDRES MAINTENANCE & REMODELING SERVICES INC, registered through the STATE OF FLORIDA, Document Number: P18000037129, Employer Identification Number: 83-0737393. Their Registered Agent is also the current, acting President. Carlos also goes by the Name: Andres. It has been recently discovered that Carlos (Andres) and his spouse Deissy (pronounced Daisy) have been hiring men (nationals and immigrants) to perform physical labor for the alleged Services he and his wife claim to provide through their corporation, only to swindle the laboring men and commit Fraud by subjecting hard-working men to peonage and trafficking in persons by compromising their wages after their performing strenuous physical labor and forcing them to sign private, commercial paper that would force involuntary taxation and a wrongful status on the men, even against their will. Then, while withholding their wages / earnings, he would threaten to call local Police to use intimidation tactics by Color-of-Law practices, only to instill fear in the men and try to prevent them from reporting him and seeking lawful recourse and rightful remedy. It has been further reported that Carlos (Andres) uses malicious contracting practices by adhesions against he and his wife's unsuspecting Customers / Clients. All of these accumulated reports are violations of United States Federal Laws by the United States Constitution in place for peoples' protection. If the STATE OF FLORIDA Governor Ronald DeSantis and his current Secretary of State, Laurel M. Lee support such malicious contracting practices by taking a Fee for business registration and abandoning their fiduciary duties for the Offices they have taken to protect people (not allow their businesses to violate people's rights by receiving taxation contributions from their registered businesses), then they are liable parties as well and it would be a conspiracy by legal / lawful recognition, which holds extreme liability to the STATE OF FLORIDA operations. United States Military Records research conducted indicate that Carlos Andres Hidalgo Vanegas also served in the U.S. Armed Forces and is now retired and he exercises a Dual Citizenship, while exercising United States Diplomatic Immunity, as he has been identified as a Colombian Native, as well as a U.S. Citizen. He could be considered dangerous under the circumstances, so please beware. These corporate operatives may have good reviews online. However, the credibility of each review should be carefully scrutinized, as he and his spouse could have people they personally know giving them business under their operations. Or, they could very well perform enough satisfactory business during their operations to deceive people into believing that they have no criminal intentions and that they are not the human traffickers they have been reported to be. Please use caution and common sense in dealing with these people.
