I would give this company and the owner zero star if this option exists. In June 2016 Felix gave me a roofing quote which includes replacing all the gutters with new on a store building and told me he should finish it in two weeks. Not so, he didn't finish it until Christmas. During the time he was working, hundreds gallons of water flooded the inside of the building (the building was empty and had tile floor, image if you have furniture and business running there!). It was the biggest disaster of all the 40+ remodeling project I ever had. Not only that, he never paid the supplier ABC Supply and ABC Supply put a lien on the building and sued G&S Enterprice Construction and Felix Sanchez personally( Feel free to search for court records if you want). He defaulted on the case and ABC Supply won the case. Then he promised to pay but never did. ABC supply has been getting a court order to seize his bank accounts and is still pursuing it. Stay away from this guy and this company if you don't want to go through the hell I have gone through!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. FELIX SANCHEZ IS A THEIF. I PAID HIM 1600 FOR MATERIALS TO START A JOB ON MY HOME AND HE TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN. CLAIMING THAT HE WOUDL PAY ME BACK BECAUSE HE DID NOT DO TEH JOB FOR MONTHS ON END AND NEVER DID. HE IS A LIER AND THEIF. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST DO NOT TRUST HIM. I FILED A SMALL CLAIMS CASE AGAINST HIM AND HE NEVER SHOWED AND LOST THE CASE. FILED WITH ORANGE COUNTY
