The <1 year in business isn't right, because he did work, if you could call it that, over a year ago. He goes by Frazier, but his name is Zach. He doesn't return messages, and I left him dozens. His work had to be repaired by an expert, someone who actually KNEW what they were doing. He sleeps until noon and stays until midnight. I caught him sitting down for 20 minutes multiple times. If you think it's cheaper to hire him, don't be fooled. You'll pay someone else to fix his shoddy work.

If I could give 1 star I would. He installed a minisplit Ac unit not up to code by cutting a hole in my garage door, electrical is not to code per certified electrician/ac company but they won't repair because they would own all the problems that include a locked compressor, indoor unit not secured to wall and exposed electrical. If they were to complete/fix installation, it would be more than $3000. I have a $700 plug and play minisplit with low Freon and a locked compressor thanks to services provided at an install cost of $756 and an ac diagnostic cost of $169 from a licensed Ac company. How does a closed Ac system get low Freon? not vacuuming lines? leak during installation? At the end of the day, I am out more than $1500. Additionally, I have paid $1050 for a custom door in May and have not been provided a receipt for door or installation of door
