Quality workmanship at competitive prices for any required or desired repairs (free estimates provided). All work performed in compliance with local building codes with appropriate guarantees. It is prudent for the building owner to have routine roof maintenance performed on the roof at a minimum of once a year, preferably two times a year--spring and fall. Routine roof maintenance including both roof membrane and flashings is recommended regardless of whether or not the roof is warranted. Millions of dollars a year are spent on replacing roofs that may have had years of life left in them. Owners today recognize the importance of the investment they have made in protecting their building and its contents from damage, both in terms of roof cost, its replacement value and interior furnishings and stock. Even though a manufacturers or contractors warranty was probably issued upon completion of your roofing project, the building owner continues to be responsible for proper roof care and maintenance. Generally, roof systems are not designed for foot traffic other than that required for maintenance services performed by a trained professional. If regular foot traffic is planned for a roof, provisions should be made for a properly installed roof walkway system. LEAK MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE: 1. Protect the interior. 2. Remove excess water from the roof. Check roof drains and scupper boxes to be certain that they are functional. Excessive ponding on the roof may cause roof system damage, structural damage or even roof collapse. 3. Locate the source of the leak by locating the paint an the roof above the leak in the building's interior. 4. American Quality Roof Repair will perform the necessary repairs. Once the source of a leak is located, the materials and procedure used to make the roof watertight will be determined by the roofing contractor. Let an expert take care of your roof inspection in Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Orlando FL, today.

Be very wary of this company. They are quick to come out and get started. Their initial quote will be immensely over inflated, and they will drop their price quickly to "earn" your business. I hired them to replace a metal roof ridge on my house, and some metal roof panels for my shed. The work on the house was poor quality, with poor material. The work on the shed was not performed at all as described, and Kevin (repair tech) decided to change the work order on the fly and "repair" part of the shed that didn't need it with extra material left over. It looks awful. Trying to get a resolution from them is like pulling teeth (quick to get on the phone to get the job, nearly impossible after the job is done). I've been stuck in a credit card dispute with them for 4 months (even after the owner agreed to a refund but never processed it). Lesson learned. Be wary of these guys' bait and switch tactics. Pay a little more for another company to do the job. You'll be thankful.

After just six months of having my ridge cap on the marriage line replaced, my roof is leaking again along the marriage line. Left voice-mail and sent message. I've read that they've tried to charge others for follow-up repair, but I should be seeing ZERO leaks. If they try this will me, I will report them to the licensing bureau. If they repair free of charge and do the job RIGHT this time, I will change this review.

On 12/27/2017 we contracted with Mr. Bill Zebrowski of American Quality Inspection and Repair Service Quotes, LLC to build a pan roof attached to the side of our manufactured home. When the agreement was signed we paid him a $1500 advance on a $3000 job. I need to state that Bill Zebrowski assured my wife and me that he would be at the job site to oversee the project from start to finish – that never happened! Because of inclement weather the labor started on 1/4/18. I was traveling that day and came home to the work in progress. I saw a construction disaster right away. I called Bill by phone to come and look at the job on Friday, 1/5/18, but he refused. During the day I went with one of the workers to Home Depot to purchase more panels to replace what they’d damaged and invested an additional $142.00, plus another $51.00 at Ray’s Manufacturing Store. Although Bill wouldn’t stop by, he did request that I advance another $500.00, so his guys could be paid for the work that day. Now I have $2200.00 invested and nothing to show for it. I’d also taken off work Friday and Saturday, because I was concerned what the workers might do with no supervision. The following day I texted Bill pictures of the work being performed and once again he refused to come by and personally take a look. To validate the poor workmanship I have photos detailing the quality of the work that was performed. The crews worked two and a 1/2 days on a job that should have taken one, and it was still not completed. I finally put a stop to it out of frustration on 1/6/18. I’ve consistently attempted to work with Bill Zebrowski through this and he did finally come by on 1/9/18 (after he'd terminated the worker put in charge of my project). At the end of our conversation I told Bill that I wanted them to start over and make it right, he said that it would take 2-3 days for him to figure out how to accomplish that. On 1/13/18 Bill text me to say that they would be coming to remove everything on 1/15 or 1/16 he thought. Also, that he wanted to talk with a local contractor who’d been hired by my neighbor for a pan roof down the street. Bill finally showed up on 1/20/18, removed the constructed roof and left everything under my carport, concrete chunks in landscaping and pavers displaced. Once again I was left without any idea how he was going to fix this disaster. After numerous attempts to work with Bill I told him I wanted my money back. His response was that he was not dealing with my situation now and he would deal with it when he can. On 1/25/18 Bill called and asked for that contractor’s name. I text him back with the information and also that I’d had a bid from this guy to do the pan roof for $3675. I also said that I wanted our relationship to end, we were wasting time. I ask him to let me know when he would remove the mess and reimburse me. He asked me to put my request in writing and email it to him. That was done on 1/26/18. On 1/30/18 I text Bill “Are you ready to settle up?” He responded “I’m gathering up some funds presently”. On 1/31/18 Bill texted me “I’m working on a proposal to send you back a total of $2000.00 in increments of $500 a week for 4 payments. On 2/2/18 I texted back stating that this was not a negotiation and that I wanted $2192.24 back by 2/6/18 and everything removed from my property. I told him that if this wasn’t done I would take the necessary steps to get all the monies back that I had invested in this project plus any additional expenses incurred to restore my property back to the way it was. What do I need to do to get your help ? I have pictures and text and contract for documentation. I have no roof and he has all my money!!!!!!
