Andrew Pratt Stucco & Plastering

If I could give zero stars I would. Andrew's "guy" came out to do the stucco on my retaining wall and left it unfinished on a Thursday afternoon. After saying Andrew would personally come redo the work in a day or two, he finally came back the following Tuesday. He did not bring enough materials and couldn't finish the job. I then called him asking for some of my money back because of how unhappy I was with the product and how long it was taking to get a finished result. Also because he came so late in the day, half of the work he did was ruined by the lovely Florida summer afternoon thunderstorms. After him reassuring me that he would fix it, I told him it was okay to come out early the following morning to finish the job. After not hearing from him, I called late morning and asked when he was coming. He gave a bunch of excuses and said he'd be that afternoon. At 1pm, after not getting any sort of ETA, I called asking for an update, or to just give me some money back and be done. He then yelled at me saying, "Are you retarded or stupid!? How many times do I have to tell you I'm coming?!" He didn't come finish the job that day and I heard nothing from him until the following morning asking me if it still needed to be finished. He said he would come before 11am to finish it. He shows up at 1:30pm, still with not enough stucco to finish the job and then tries to leave before making sure I was okay with the job. I caught him before he left and told him I wasn't happy with it due to the fact that there were still many many holes and where he had patched was not blended in well, and parts of the block were showing through because of how thin the stucco was put on. The work he did was extremely unprofessional and there's no way it would pass an inspection if that was a factor in my permit. He then left saying he was gonna go to Lowes to get more materials and be back to fix all of the spots I pointed out to him. I have not heard from him since and the job was never finished. His customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. He acted as if I was getting a great deal from him and that he was doing me a favor by taking such a small job. He yelled at me over the phone, called me "retarded" and "stupid" and kept telling me I needed to be patient with him, even though I gave him a week to fix the job. Do not work with this man, he is a con artist who does terrible stucco work.
