WOW! Was ready to be oversold, bells and whistles on a new furnace. Nicole sold me what I needed. I felt comfortable with discussing my needs, she got me a excellent unit (Traine), options to replace the AC at the same (pro's and con's) of doing so at the same time. Explained in a way that I felt comfortable. I would strongly recommend Neighborhood Heating to friends and family. Also the tech (Ben?) was very clean cut, no easy task getting a furnace down stairs-left zero mess and no scratches on the wall. Thanks.
