Employees not very knowledgeable, the old lady is very rude. Leslie's Pool Supplies is larger, has much better selection, affordable prices, and helpful employees.

Refusal of service for not wearing a mask even after the CDC and all the experts say it’s safe not to wear a mask. Your employees can keep wearing them but we’re safe. You won’t be getting mine or all of my friends business(I know a lot of people and will be sure to tell them not to shop at this store). Your competitor is more than happy to serve us without a mask. Prices are nice there as well. Freedom over Fear.

Their website claims they follow CDC guidelines, but they refused to test a sample of my pool water unless I put on a mask. At this point, the CDC has decided that masks are not required. The store employee forced a gentleman in front of me to put a mask on, even after he showed proof of vaccination. She then was rude and refused to serve me because I did not have a mask to put on. Even though I've been a customer for years. I am a young homeowner and could have brought them business for several decades to come, but I have already gone to a competitor, who is much more experienced and affordable.
