We recently decided to change the flooring in our house from having carpeting, wood and tile to all hardwood. After getting quotes from three different contractors, we somewhat reluctantly chose BR Silva in large part because of the difference in price. His price was much more within our budget and he promised a quality job and the ability to not only install the hardwood, but to move all furniture and dispose of all waste. EDDY DELIVERED AS PROMISED! His crew was polite, punctual, and conscientious! They cleaned up each day as best they could, they moved the furniture in and out with care, made every effort possible to accommodate our needs and in the end, provided us with a beautiful hardwood floor throughout the house. I cannot possibly say enough good about the company, the owner and the employees! If I could, I would give them a +10 AAA+ rating.

I got estimates from several companies. BR Silva came in with the best quote. I asked for a range of options, and they were very accommodating. I hired them based on seeing other excellent reviews for their company. Eddy and his crew were very friendly and personable. He did a good job staying in contact to let me know the status of the job, and was flexible to work around the schedule that worked best for my family. They used plastic sheeting to tape off the adjacent rooms to prevent the spread of sawdust, and were very careful not to dirty the rest of our home. Eddy even swept my driveway before leaving. Eddy and his crew were able to take our very floors from being in very poor shape to looking even better than I could have imagined. I am exceptionally pleased with their work, and would definitely recommend them to my friends. PROS: Outstanding work at a fair price. CONS: I should have called them a whole lot sooner.

BR Silva has a courteous and professional team. We had them finish our basement and stairs. They were fast, thorough, and knowledgable with multiple floor types, as we installed waterproof laminate along with oak floors/stairs. Also, the team was very receptive and provided instant feedback via phone and text. Excellent service - highly recommended!
