New basement finish with full bath This is a walk-out basement in which we created a family room, a bedroom with a large walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with floor to ceiling linen closet, a hall closet, and a coat closet at the walk-out door. Finished in three colors, plank style floor tile and stain proof carpeting. Also features a french entry door from the home, and a pocket entry door into the utility room. The doors and trim work are all spray painted in place. Lighting is recessed and ceiling fan with dual controls. GFCI wall outlets throughout, bedroom arc-fault circuitry, and cable connections for the entertainment center. Lighting and outlets were installed for a refrigerator and chest freezer. Heating and cooling ventilation was installed for comfortable living. Four hard-wired smoke detectors were installed for superior safety. The spaces were completely insulated for sound deadening. Care was taken throughout the entire project to keep a clean and hazard free home during construction. All entry and exit areas were swept cleaned at the end of each day.

1950's Kitchen was completely gutted down to the wall studs. Substandard framing was discovered along with poor insulation. Several electrical circuits were added. New recessed lighting was installed. insulation and drywall, new IKEA cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless appliances, cool glass wall tile with under cabinet lighting. Care was taken throughout the entire project to keep a clean and hazard free home during construction. All entry and exit areas were swept cleaned at the end of each day.

The old deck was in condemnable condition. We built a new bi-level deck featuring custom 6x6 post and rail with metal ballusters and mitred corners inset stairs and a staiway to the back yard. Since then a new sliding glass entry door has been added along with new exterior lighting. Care was taken throughout the entire project to keep a clean and hazard free home during construction. All entry and exit areas were swept cleaned at the end of each day.
