Started out great, he Mr. Ricke was hired for kitchen and bathroom remodel. Their work progress was very slow, attention to detail was really lacking, and the project was not completed to our satisfaction. Very messy, I had to clean up daily. Mr. Ricke refused to return to complete what was probably 4 hours worth of work. We did not pay him the final fee as the work wasn't complete. We waited hoping Mr. Ricke would take pride in his work and decide to return and finish, however, that didn't happen. He contacted a lawyer and placed a lien on our home we were remodeling to put on the market. We attempted to contact the legal firm he hired, however, they didn't contact us either. We have numerous photos of how our home was left. Which I would love to share. Please do not hire this individual.

Curt was very responsive and professional, but I would have reservations about hiring him again. Granted, five months transpired between when I got the quote and when Curt performed the plumbing project, but I was surprised that his final bill was $230 over his quote. I would have appreciated advanced warning or offering an updated quote. Second, after he left, I noticed one of the connections leaking. Since I was just being lazy in the first place in not doing the plumbing project myself, I fixed the leak opposed to calling him back. Finally, I was a little disappointed in how they left the job site. They left a lot of trash, debris, and sawdust (despite my shop vac being right there). If he told me there was an additional charge to clean up, I probably would have declined, but I was a little disappointed that he didn't at least offer.

We had a master bath remodel completed. Curt was easy to work with and very competent. We anticipate calling on him again for future projects.

We have been very satisfied with the custom cabinets, window replacement, and the fixing of wood rot.
