Mold was discovered in our rental property and MJ Home Services came out, discovered the source and quoted us a fair price for removing the mold and also correcting the issue so we will not get it again (they even gave us a guarantee!) I can honestly say I felt they actually cared about our situation. Highly recommend !

MJ Home Services and crew completed some waterproofing at a rental property in Baltimore of mine. I could not be more pleased with the work and customer service that I received everything was completed through email and text and made my life a lot easier. The basement is dry, tenants are happy and with the 5 year guarantee they assured it was easier to go with them on this project. Great job MJ!
