Southpro gave me an estimate last August and I was not able at that time to have the work done. I have recently had hail damage to my roof and have been trying to contact them for over a week to see if their quote was still good and no one answers the phone nor returns my phone calls.

contract stated all plywood be replaced before laminate floor was put down ,and asked for the beast underlayment and got the cheapest. I have a 4ft.x32ft. section that still has old plywood and a 3ft.x12ft. section the same way.30 yr old wood next to new wood. weak floor joist were replaced as stated ,but weren't cross braced as needed. wouldn't recomend
