Wilkerson Heating & Air

My Aunt was referred to Mr Toney Wilkerson by afriend.After he came and replaced some parts the ac worked for a day and then stopped.Was unable to reach him by telephone so she went to the Orange street address he gave her on his bill(221 Orange st in Oxford)Here she was told that he had moved to Creedmor over a year before then)That was in May of 2018 and she has not been able to communicate with him since. She eventually had to have another co come in and correct the problem.Rate him less than a 1 due to taking her money and not correcting the problem and fraudulent address for his business as well as no f/u from calls.

This is a unprofessional company!!! Our air conditiner was on the blink and we were told to call Toney's Heating and Air. He came out to our home and placed a part on our air conditioner that was the wrong part and also left a part off that we needed to help prevent our air condition from freezing. My husband paid this young man thinking that his services was correct.We trusted him to do what was needed of him and his company.When my husband realized that the air was still not working correctly(making a very loud noise and not blowing any air) he spoke with Mr.Toney and he stated he would come to our resident wihin two hours.That was in August and now it is October.He never came and never would respone to my husband calling him. Now the part that was missing also controlled our Heat.Well of course now we need our heat and there is none.So we ended up calling another company.I just wanted famlies to be aware not to use this company.There were alot of days my family had to struggle with not having air that my husband had already paid for.I think this young man was very unprofessional and inaccurate. I can't even rate his score because it's below a one.
