We had to move the toilet, shower drain, shower vent pipe, and the sink drain.   | Beautiful Bathroom | Jan 2014 | The clients previous shower had been installed improperly causing it to leak. This leaking caused mold, mildew, and ultimately the removal of the old shower pan. A mold remediation team had to be brought in to remove all of of the now rotted and hazardous moldy wood. After the mold was fully removed we came in and finished the demolition of the remaining tile. Then we expanded the old shower by a few inches and knocked out an old knee wall. Then the rough in of the plumbing followed that as well as prepping the walls and floor for the tile installation. After all the prep was complete we were ready to install and it turned out beautiful. | $7k | Raleigh, NC |
