  | Bathroom Renovation | Nov 2014 | This bathroom was completely demolished and remodeled. A hall linen closet and a large bedroom closet were also demolished to enlarge the bathroom. The plumbing below the floor was removed, brought to code, and reconfigured for the new layout. New electrical circuits were run from the electrical panel for lighting and fan/light/heater combo in the ceiling. Oversized shower stall and bench were constructed using Wonderboard and coated with Redgard sealant to provide a waterproof membrane. Linear tiles were used for the flooring as well as the shower surround. The shower surround also features glass tile accents, a quartzite bench seat, and dual shower heads and controls. Glass sliding shower doors, large vanity, sink, mirror, and toilet were all installed. All finishing details were completed, including painting and trim work. Homeowner chose to install bathroom door and accessories such as towel bars and toilet paper dispenser. | Broomall, PA |
