The worst experience I have ever had with any local business. Jeff seemed very nice and trustworthy BEFORE we hired him. However, after hiring him, that all changed. He would set an appointment then miss it. Jeff did not return most of our phone calls, or emails; he only seemed comfortable texting. Said repeatedly that he had other, bigger jobs than ours. We never could Jeff to give us a specific DAY or TIME when he would start the work. Did not seem comfortable painting certain types of materials - we were initially asked to sign a liability waiver if we wanted our siding painted. Jeff did finally commit to start and finish in a certain WEEK, he promised to get the job done sometime between Monday and Friday. On Monday of that week, he let us know (via text) that he suddenly needed more money. I tried to call him to discuss it repeatedly. He would not answer his phone, or return our calls. He never did tell us how much more he would even need. Rather than calling us and discussing dollar amounts with us, person to person, he simply texted that he was "no longer comfortable"; he changed his mind and straight up refused to do the work, and would not even talk to us or return our calls - after we had been patient and waiting on him for some time because he came "recommended" from family and others. Now it is November 5, and we are scrambling to find another painter to get this work done before it gets too cold to paint. Dealing with Jeff turned out to be a very stressful waste of time and effort.
