Called to get a quote for soffit repair, would not come look at without trying to charge me first and was very rude. Would not let me talk kept cutting me off. So I hung the phone up on him. He called me back just to cuss me out. Very unprofessional stay away.

William Reichart was quite abrasive, unprofessional, rude, and walked out on the job without completing the work. He hooked up the cold and hot water valves incorrectly and this necessitated me having to pay for another workman to correct his mistake. He exhibited highly poor workmanship in painting a portion of my bathroom by the sink. The (new) handyman used a special buffer to smooth the wall out and repainted so it looks 100% smooth, not rough and bumpy the way W. Reichart left it. He left in anger, losing his temper. The negative alteration was not with me; it was because my roommate just asked him a question and he reacted so rudely to her. He left because of that and it was not my fault. He never called me back to finish the work and took it out on me...he took his anger out on me and has not called me to this day to make things right. Regardless if I paid someone else to fix his poor work, he should have apologized.

My husband contacted Premier about a pool deck. Bill was right on time for appointment and was very accomodating to what my husband wanted done. They set a date & time to start and Bill was once again right on time and used his trailer to go get materials needed. Started work immediately and came back next day right on time to finish agreed upon work with my husband. Quality work and reasonable price. We will call him again for any big projects we need help with.
