Fitzwater Property Inspection, LLC is dedicated to providing a thorough, objective, professional property inspection for your residence, professional office, retail location, warehouse, apartment building, or working farm. All inspections are conducted in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and their corresponding Code of Ethics - copies of which are included with each inspection report. A property inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the structure in question and its' component systems, including: * The building foundation * All exterior walls and fixtures * The roofing, including flashings & gutters * The interior roof support structure * The attic (if there is one) * All crawl spaces and basements * The electrical system, from the outside meter on through * All plumbing and ventilation, including the water heater * Heating and air conditioning * The kitchen and laundry, including all major appliances * Interior condition of the residence or office * Any attached garages or workspaces * And the adjacent grounds immediately around the structure The inspector will concentrate on the condition of the structure and its' systems, pointing out any safety and maintenance concerns found. This is a visual inspection - the Inspector does not do any destructive testing, neither can he inspect what he cannot see, though the Inspector will remove normally-accessed covers and panels to get a better look. Inspections are performed every day of the week by appointment and only during the daylight hours. Our Kentucky licensed and fully insured home inspector will be happy to meet with you when he is on-site to perform your professional home inspection. At the end of the inspection, our inspector will walk you through all the concerns and items of note that he has found. By the end of the day, you will receive in your inbox an Adobe Acrobat .PDF file version of your inspection report; and a printed copy of the report will also be mailed to you for your records.
