Signed a contract 6/29/2018 to build a house. Said it would be done 180 days after permit. Permit was dated 10/3/2018 as of today, 5/27/2020 house is still not done. Plus many problems with house

Don't ever buy from this builder! They have dug two foundations in back of our house and after four months the huge dirt piles are still there and they have done nothing else. One of the dirt piles is so big that kids on dirt bikes are riding on it. We called the Top Rank Builders office three times to get a water truck out and none has ever shown up. We finally called the building department and the building inspector came out and put Stop Work Orders on both lots because Top Rank Builders do NOT HAVE PERMITS TO BUILD!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are so upset and now there are dirt piles behind us that blow dust when it gets windy, or when a dirt biker rides on it. I would give them negative stars if I could; I hope they are forced out of business!
