DECKS & EFFECTS

Established in the 1990s and based in Painesville, Decks & Effects is a decking contractor and offers custom deck design and deck staining as well as other services. In July 2011, a property owner hired them to do a fencing project using a permit acquired from the city of Eastlake; in March of 2000, they completed a deck project using a permit also received from the city of Eastlake.
