| Home fire | Mar 2018 | Removed old plaster,hardwood flooring do to water damage from firefighters in main house! Tore off back addition 16’ x 25’ x 30’ down to basement walls! Rebuild addition, hired contractors to 1) spray foam the inner walls and attic truss, 2) hired heating/plumbing contractor to put in wall mounted boilers to supply on demand heat and domestic hot water, new plumbing threw out the house. 3) I hired a electric contractor to replace all wiring and light fixtures in house and new service panels.4) I replaced all new hardwood floors and Sheetrock.painted entire house inside! | $217k | Canajoharie, NY |
