The owner is a friend of my dads and was referred to me through my father. The owner has made several visits to my house correcting HVAC issues that the previous owner and builder either tried to hide or cheaply correct. Total INC has fixed my duct work installed a new furnace and installed a new AC condenser. They also found and fixed a leak in my AC line in my small crawl space. The owner I consider a perfectionist and does everything in his power to fix what ever problem your having.

Total Heating and A/C provides outstanding service. Any time I have an issue, they respond immediately and their work is superior. I also had a furnace replacement and they assisted me with rebates from Nicor and provided several solutions that fit my budget. They are "Top Notch"
