Painting Company

I paid Woodliff Painting over $2000 for custom flex arches and casings well over two months ago and I still haven't received them. He told me they would take two weeks because they are custom ordered and have to come from California. I have been in touch with him numerous times via text, email and phone with no result. He always gave the excuse that they hadn't arrived. It has reached to the point where he has ignored my emails and texts and has blocked my phone number. I plan on using the legal system to get my money.
