Distinctive Restoration is an awesome company!!! Due to water damage in one of our condos from an upstairs unit, Distinctive Restoration was sent onsite to assess the damage. Based on their thorough assessment, professionalism, and the time they spent to help us find temporary housing for our tenants, was very impressive during our first meeting. From the first work-day to the end of the job, everyone associated to the company including Erik, Kenny, and CJ, was prompt, organized, productive, leaving a clean worksite each day. They took care of everything including preparing the worksite moving and packing items, and once they completed the job the unit was cleaned and ready for the tenants. Along with all of this was their HONESTY, and they worked hard to meet our requested deadline to have the job completed. We are very impressed with Distinctive Restoration's work and customer service. This company is remarkable and we plan to use them again for some additional work. Erik showed up literally on a moment's notice to survey the damage and to give us an estimate. He was cheerful, professional, no-nonsense, and to-the-point. The estimate was more than reasonable, and we immediately gave him the go-ahead. When we explained that we were only in PS for one more week, he immediately set up an appointment for us for the repair the next day. The crew members, Jacob and Mike showed up as promised and immediately got down to business. They completed the job perfectly and in record time. Distinctive Floor Care came out to my house today to give me a quote for cleaning my tile. Their quote was reasonable. They immediately started work and transformed my old looking tile back to its original condition. These guys are very professional and do great work. I'm a renter in Palm Desert. This company was called in by the propert manager after heavy rains seeped into the house and the wall and carpeting needed to be dried out. The staff were very responsive, knowledgeable courteous and respectful of my time. Would highly recommend them.
