JRW offers flexible meeting times and we are equipped with multiple team members who can do onsite visits to assist with quotes. Quotes usually require an on-site visit but occasionally can be given over the internet if enough details are provided. JRW strives for ultimate client satisfaction. We provide our clients with comfort, ease and flexibility! Our top priority is getting the job done to the clients satisfaction. Looking for a GC recommendation for my shower remodel, I inquired on Nextdoor.com. JRW & Company was mentioned several times and after meeting with the owner, John Ward, I decided to go with him. John was happy to answer my many questions and his estimate was more reasonable than reasonable! Throughout the project, he remained in constant contact, ensuring the job was going well. He was flexible, never trying to nickel and dime me when a few things needed tweaking. I found him to be both personable and easy to work with. The members of his team are professional and just as importantly, passionate…passionate about what they do. The level of pride each one took in doing their phase of the job was refreshing to see. The tile installer is an artist and the plumber, a perfectionist. I felt comfortable having them in my home, leaving them unattended on many occasions. The shower turned out beautifully, exceeding my own high expectations. I will continue to use JRW & Company for upcoming projects, knowing that I am hiring an honest company that takes great pride in their work.
