The New Rise Design/Build Construction, Inc., is fully licensed by the California State License Board to provide general engineering and structural repairing services to clients in need of structural foundation repairs, earthquake retrofits, soft story retrofits, foundation underpinning, retaining wall repairs, hillside repairs, basement repairs, and any other structural repairs requiring the knowledge, education and experience in general engineering. We are a family owned design/build construction company that has been engaged in the engineering design and construction industry for over 18 years. Our thorough knowledge, education and experience has developed into a solid ethical background that has allowed us to understand our responsibilities as a design/build construction company and has given us the control to offer our clients the utmost quality while being cost efficient, every time, no matter the project.

I had foundation settlement problem. My house is located on a hillside property. I decided to call this guys and three other contractors to find out what is going on. Douglas, the inspector that came out was extremely knowledgeable and truly knew his stuff, even though he looked 3 times younger that the other three contractors. Douglas is truly the person you want when it comes to foundation underpinning. He is well coordinated and knows the entire designing, engineering, permit expediting, and construction process very well. When I decided to hire them, he personally made sure that the job moved forward without any problems and he was always in communication with me as to how thing were coming along. His crew showed great respect and demonstrated their great abilities for this type of job. At the end, I got my new piles and grade beam foundation support, my house stop sinking, and The New Rise Design/Build Construction, Inc. provided me with the best services I’ve ever received. So, thank you very much Douglas and I will make sure to recommend you to all my friends and anyone else in need of hillside foundation underpinning.
