We worked with just about everyone at JNR Home Improvement from scheduling with Holly, our quote with Eric, design with Jeremy, project management with Jahaira, and our installation with Paris and Many. Our experience was terrific. The organization as a whole is completely professional, the cost was reasonable (and I shopped around!), and every person is just as pleasant and personable as they can be. We had an excellent experience, and Jahaira in particular went above and beyond for the entire process. We started the process while LA County was in lockdown, so there were many delays -- none that they caused -- and they all had to work extra hard to make sure timelines were maintained. Jahaira kept us updated and even jumped in to help when the inspector wouldn't return my calls. Highly recommend them!

We had JNR Home Improvements design and install a completely new front yard. They installed very cool "floating" concrete stairs leading to our entry with realistic artificial turf and some other desert type plants around it. We absolutely have the nicest curb appeal on our entire street and we're the only family without a gardener. I rarely have to do anything to the yard and it looks awesome!
