James River Builders

I had had an issue with my roof about 18 months ago. My insurance adjuster told me about Ty and the work of James River Builders. I had a similar issue with shingles blowing off my roof a week ago and I called Ty right away. He not only remembered me and the work done on our bathroom ceiling because of the roof damage, but assured me he'd send someone out to replace the newer shingles that had blown off due to high winds. The very next day a polite young man showed up, got replacement shingles, and took care of the job before the predicted storm (which thankfully never occurred)! I cannot recommend James River Builders enough. Ty is extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and very fair. I will continue to call on him when I need home repairs done, and will give his name to others as well! Thanks, Ty, for standing behind your word and work!!!
