  | Contractor Bails on siding job. All In One to the rescue | Mar 2017 | This customer was left high and dry by a contractor. The job was partially done, and hacked together at best. When I met to the customer he express a dead line in order to renew his home insurance. On short order we stepped in. He was very impressed to say the least. We were not only able to fix the prior mistake in framing, but able to tie the siding into the existing siding making the addition look very natural.   | House flip with hardwood floors | Jul 2016 | This project was with out a doubt one my favorites. although refinishing hardwood floors can become tedious, after the fact it is rewarding to see the results. The customer wanted to update the house. It had been a rental property and they were ready to sell. We installed new painted trim, painted cabinets via airless pump and acrylic paint, Painted walls, and a ton of other maintenance issues. We also remove a dresser that was framed into wall, removed old style closet doors, framed in and finished opening to install bi-folds. | $6k | Cedar Rapids, IA |
