Saturday no power to the unit. Bill Way came right out and got right on the project of replacing the main power to the unit. As everyone knows meter bases are hard to find normally but on a weekend next to impossible but bill did it. He is a rare breed now a days he actually cares. He was concerned about the tenant and called around and found her a place to stay until he got the power on. The power was turned back on at around 5:00 on Sunday. Very professional work, hard working till the job was done, kept us updated and best of all he cares. Phillip E. Stribling
