I know Jason, personally as a neighbor, and also as a professional. He did painting, repair, and spraying my popcorn ceiling. I highly recommend him. He was honest, reasonable, and did a great job. Responded quickly, fixed everything, and cleaned up in just two days!!

Jason is a responsible, reliable, honorable, reputable young man. I called 12 "handymen" that I had Googled and nobody wanted this "small" job; I guess because there wasn't enough "money" in it. Two people didn't even bother to call me back and one company kept me "dangling" for 4 days before I decided they were not going to do the job. Jason called me and told me when he could do the job and what time he would be at my home. When a problem came up he called me again to let me know he would be a little late; which I appreciated and it told me he was reliable. Jason took pictures of the problem before and after he fixed it to show me what it looked like. I will definitely be calling Jason again if I have need for a "handyman". Thank You Jason! Beyond the Beach Maintenance, LLC responded immediately to our inquiry on "Porch." We have an extensive/large yard, front and back. We love to do our own yard work and gardening but there are many shrubs and trees that we simply are unable to maintain at certain times of the year as we do not have the equipment, nor the time it would take to keep it managed and looking good. The work was set up in a timely manner. We understand that sometimes there can be a wait for service as folks with their own business have many customers and busy schedules. It is only fair to have reasonable expectations. The work was done within a few days of setting up an appointment. The job was done fantastically. The work that was accomplished, we could not have completed ourselves over many, many weekends doing it ourselves. We will call upon Beyond the Beach again! For the level of work they completed, the price was extremely reasonable, and the job was well done! They came to the house first, to see the yard and provide an estimate and that communication and transaction, providing a professional written estimate was an easy process as well.
