A service tech named Chris comes to my house 7 days ago scheduled by WHIRLPOOL. Spends 20 minutes and said control panel has to be replaced. He would order one and be back in a few days . Then on Thursday morning shows up at my house with no notice or appointment scheduled. With no one home he calls and leaves a voicemail stating he has new control board. I return his call to schedule a time for him to come out. He then tells me he was already out in my neighbourhood and had since left. So it would be another week before he would come to star Avenue area again. I had already been without WASHER for 10 days. So I tell I'm going to call WHIRLPOOL. He said no problem and hangs up. Calls me back 5 minutes later and states he will be out at 8 am NXT day. He arrives walks in stating he has to make this quick, He has things to do at home. Fifteen minutes later he is gone. Wife comes home to do laundry that afternoon. WASHER still not fixed. Calls Chris and he says MAAM diagnostic test showed it was fixed and I am 25 minutes away which is to far for me to drive. It will be another week before I can get back out there. I have tried to contact a supervisor or owner of this company and can't seem to find another number besides this techs number named Chris. Washer still not fixed. Very dissatisfied with this service
