Terrible Job by Panama City Beach Stanley Steemer.

On 9/3/2021 the Panama City Beach office sent a team to my home to clean carpet in two rooms. They arrived at 11:00 am. Right from the start they struggled trying to figure out how to connect the vacuum lines to their machine. After calling their manager for help... things went from bad to worse. They couldn’t figure out how to get the water out of the carpet in one room and used too much cleaning solution in the other room. Three hours later the team left my carpet soaked and sticky. The following day with the carpets still wet and sticky I called the Panama City Beach Office asking for help and was told no one could come back to fix the wet and sticky carpet for three days. I went and bought a dehumidifier to try to stop mold from developing while I wait the three days for the Panama City Beach team to return.
