Mark had called me regarding my interest in remodeling our bathroom. Mark was really nice person to talk to. We set up a time and day for an estimate on my remodel. A gentleman by the name of Elon came to my house. He was a nice person but didn’t seem to care about spending much time with me. Even after I told him the company that I give the work to for the bathroom will get the work for my kitchen and 2 upstairs bathroom remodel. Elon was suppose to get back to me with an estimate which I found odd since all the other companies gave me an estimate on the spot. But I was ok with that. He said that he would get back to me with a week or two. Well, two weeks went by and no word from Elon or Mark. I ended texting Elon and told him that I had waited for his estimate and since he never gave me one, we went with another company. His response wasn’t an apology or I can get it to you today or something to that effect. He just said good luck. If you are reading this looking for a construction company to do work for you. I wouldn’t use this company. I went with a company that sent out a gentleman that seemed really interested in my project and he even came up with a great idea for the project. They gave us a fair price and they will be getting our future work and high recommendation. The company is H&A My Design. Excellent Job! They are attentive, friendly, and most importantly they finish the job on time and on budget. They checked in often during the project and they made sure I was comfortable while they were doing the work.

Yesterday, our bathroom received his last touch up. Our bathroom was completely remodeled by Fidelity Builders and Design. We enjoyed so to speak to work with them mainly with Alon. Alon, the salesman, was the main person that met with us from day 1, provided us with his ideas and design and supervised all the workers that worked. He was professional and polite and we appreciate his patient and knowledge. Our bathroom included basically everything, from shower system to floors, new vanities and paint. All the materials were selected by us and was handled by Alon from the moment we selected them. Also all of our questions that we had before or during the work, were solved by him very fast. We will work with them in the future and we thank them for all the nice things they did for us.
