| New Deck staircase and rails | Jun 2022 | Old deck was demo'ed built a beautiful 16' by 12' deck. The customer wanted a new deck and needed ot to b affordable. We were able to provide a bid far lower than other competitors this in no way sacrificed our attention to detail and making sure not only they ended up with s beautiful deck but one that will last for the rest there lives. We decided on Trek Saddle for the composite boards and used Grek coastal bluff to picture frame the dec and also added another border right where the staircase landed and it turned out great. Like any deck I build I planed the joists until everything was flat no bumps no dips. We used LP smartside for the fascia and riser boards. We matched paint for the saddle color dor the fascia and for the riser boards the casual bluff to stay with the theme of the deck this saved the customer money and you can see for yourself it looks great. | $3k | Aurora, CO |
