Phil with ACS has been a terrific help to us. We purchased an old farmhouse in need of repair. Phil has worked his magic on everything from the landscaping to the electrical and plumbing to rebuilding rotted out porches. His knowledge and abilities are top notch. He is able to make suggestions and offer various solutions in order to get the job done while respecting our budget limitations. He is currently working in our front parlor. Scraping paint from the woodwork, re-tiling the fireplace surround, fixing the plaster, replacing missing / broken trim, leveling the sagging floor You name it, Phil has probably done it for us. Give him a call, he does excellent work.... Just remember that we need him at our place too
