I made a mistake of using this appliance repair company for my Miele dishwasher. My problem was vert simple. Needed a new dishwasher lock… these guys charged me over $500 to replace a $46 part that took the service person 20 minutes to install. Do not pay attention to the 5 star reviews on their web page. I recently had service by this company to repair a dishwasher. The repair man pressured me to order the parts for the upcoming repair explaining to me that I could cancel the order anytime prior to installation. I was originally weary because the price was high and I was confident I could simply purchase a new appliance for fractionally more money. When I called to cancel the order the company charged me an additional 20% restocking fee. This was not disclosed other than in their digital 'terms of service' which I unknowingly signed. Now they are refusing to issue the full refund. Beware of this company!
