Noble Finishes LLC's owner Tom Howard is trustworthy and dependable. He is very knowledgeable about construction issues. IF you need help with ideas, Tom is great at realizing what your project can look like. He remodeled our basement and we were so happy we had Tom upgrade our main living area. We would recommend Nobel Finishes LLC for a job well done.
