I am not a customer of this company, but through their negligence while installing a new pool for my neighbor gunite powder and rock were thrown over the fence and into my pool. The powder was sucked into my filter system and ruined them. From this point on I have had several problem that I address with the owner. He did eventually agree to gift me new filters, but was too busy to help any farther. My pool was in great shape until this happened. This started the day before Father's Day and is still out of service. I will take care of the problems they created. I don't want them in my yard.
