As a gift we wanted to have two workers at my parents home to do edging and weeding. The workers were to arrive at 8 AM they showed at 9:45 AM and one of the workers left right away to go to another job. No edging was ever done. The grass was trimmed with a weed eater. The weeds were not pulled out they were trimmed off by a weed eater and then Casron placed on them. Then the only worker there left to go get his friend to help him place bark on 2 flower beds. I emailed the office and heard back from Angel Misner when I let them know that no edging had been done and I was concerned about how it was weeded. She emailed that her boss Rigo Cross and her would stop by Friday or Saturday and look at the job and that they would make the edging right since that was a request in the beginning. Neither person showed up. I had paid $500 (one guy worked 6 and a half hours and the other showed up after being picked up for 2 1/2 hours) to get the work done for my parents who are in their late 80's and when I emailed and questioned why no one showed up I have never heard back from them. First time in my life I have ever done a bad review. Very disappointed in what I paid for and we as family will go complete the job while they got paid for not doing it. This teaches me to do my research better on looking for a good landscaping work. I emailed them and said it is in your hands to do the right thing....no response at all.

I am unable to remove my previous review. The owner himself came to my home and spoke with me. It was just a matter of miscommunication. We talked it out and worked it out. Both parties are content. I am happy to have Cross Brothers Services perform the service of installing our sprinkler system.
