Someone came over right away, but he acted like he was planning to do the work right then and there. He removed my new fixtures from their boxes, even though I told him not to, and he moved my stuff in the bathroom. He also turned off the hot water to the entire apartment. I told him I wanted only an assessment and price quote at that time, and no work could begin until my building management got a copy of his insurance and license. That's when he told me he is not licensed. He left without turning my hot water back on. My entire apartment has had no hot water for 2 days. I cannot turn it back on myself without injuring my arm. Now I have to get someone else to come to turn the hot water back on. Stay away from this guy.
