Showed up when promised for the original estimate, but I had to call them 3 separate times to actually ask them to send it. 3 times I was promised "oh yes, we'll send it tomorrow." 3 times, nothing. I've never had to chase a contractor before. The next two contractors I contacted gave me an in-person estimate on the spot. Vicktory seem like nice guys, just not very professional.

This company did a great job, paying close attention to detail. There work was done ahead of schedule. Very clean and organized. No added costs. Very professional team. Will use again for future projects.
