Your installer was on time and completed the A/C installation on Friday 5/22. He made sure the pad the unit set on was just right and his attitude was professional but friendly. Most of all, it was his commitment to quality and thoroughness that really set him apart. As the installation was winding down, he said he wasn't satisfied the readings he was getting on his gauges. He stuck w/ it and eventually discovered another part of our heating and cooling system inside the house that wasn't working properly. He immediately went out to locate a replacement and installed it. It was getting pretty late on a Friday afternoon but he stayed and made sure all the readings on his gauges were at the optimum levels that should be expected from a brand new unit.
