There was nothing wrong with the door install. We explained that they bought a door with a 2x4 door jamb and a 2x6 door jamb was needed, but the door could be installed correctly with an internal extension jamb built on to it. They agreed that that would be fine so they could get their door installed. We installed the door with the internal extension jamb and it turned out wonderful. They were happy with the install and they paid us. Several days later Alice called and said someone told them that it was the wrong door jamb and she wanted us to take that door out and install a different one with no additional compensation. We explained that there was nothing wrong with that door as it was installed correctly, and that it looks fabulous. But we would gladly change the door out again though but not for free.
